Stacie Kautsch, DVM

Stacie is a life long resident of Jefferson City and has enjoyed working with and being around animals her entire life. She attended Helias High School from 1992-1996. She graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville in 1999 with a B.S. in biology and a minor in agricultural studies. She then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine.

Stacie has worked at Quail Valley since her graduation in 2003. She focuses solely on small animal medicine at this time. She married Martin in August of 2005. They have twin sons, Adler and Grayson, born in 2012. Outside of work, Stacie enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her sons. She has a 2 dogs, Rosebud and Murphy, 2 cats named Milo, and Frankie, and 2 horses, Pride and Pal.

Martin Kautsch, DVM

Martin has also been a life long resident of mid-Missouri. He was born and raised on a farm in Russellville. From a child, he has always been heavily involved in agriculture as his family raised both row crops and livestock. Martin still keeps his passion for farming alive as he has both a commercial fat cattle herd and registered Limousin cattle. He enjoys anything pertaining to agriculture from raising cattle to baling hay to fixing fence. He is married to Stacie and they have twin sons, Adler and Grayson.

Martin attended high school at Cole R-1 Russellville. He then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he studied animal science. He graduated from The College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After 5 years at a different practice, Martin decided to open his own business. In March of 1998, Quail Valley Veterinary Clinic opened its doors.

Martin focuses mainly on large animal work, including both cattle and horses. He especially enjoys reproductive medicine.

Vanessa Segura, DVM

Nessa has been all around Mid-Missouri, from Tuscumbia, Iberia, and Eldon. She graduated high school from Eldon, Missouri with both her high school diploma and Associates of Arts degree in 2016. She then attended the University of Missouri where she graduated with her Bachelors of Animal Sciences in 2019. She continued being a Tiger and completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mizzou in 2023. 

Nessa has been a life long Quail Valley client and always wanted to come back to her roots. She raises and shows basset hounds, Juno is her newest champion. She also has a loving rescued dachshund named Nova, tuxedo kitty named Elton, and an orange kitty named Trout. Nessa practices both large and small animal. Nessa married her best friend Saul Segura in October 2025.

Holly Moon

Holly was born in Sanford, Florida. She has lived in many different locations as her father was in the military. She attended William Woods University where she majored in equestrian science and graduated in 1979. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1989. Holly joined the Quail Valley staff in 2000. She performs many office and secretarial duties. She also assists in many veterinary procedures including patient restraint, patient monitoring, and farm calls.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys raising and showing both Quarter and Appaloosa horses. She enjoys spending time outdoors. She has many cats, horses, and a border collie named Reba.

Angie Galliher

Angie was raised in Russellville and has lived in central Missouri her entire life. She graduated from Russellville High School in 1997 and took some courses at Lincoln University. Angie started working at Quail Valley in 2002. She performs bookkeeping duties, but primarily assists Dr. Martin on farm calls.

Angie married Will Galliher in 1998 and has one daughter, Billi, who was born in 2004. Her family enjoys all aspects of the rodeo. Angie is a barrel racer, Will is a tie-down calf roper, and Billi does barrels and breakaway roping. They have a dog named Taffy and many horses. Her family enjoys the outdoors as well.

Molly Sneller

Molly was born in New Bloomfield, MO and has lived on the family farm her entire life. Her family raises cattle and crops and bales a lot of hay. She graduated from Helias High School in 2003. She married her husband, Adam, in 2008, and they still reside on her family farm.

Molly performs many duties at Quail Valley, including receptionist duties, managing the kennels, grooming, processing cattle, patient restraint, etc. She is a very versatile employee that has worked with us since the summer of 2001. She truly loves working with the animals and meeting new people and their pets.

Molly is married to Adam Sneller and they have one son, Levi, who was born in 2019. She has 2 dogs, a cat, and cattle.

Shea Gentzsch

Shea is also a life time resident of central Missouri and resides on a farm in Callaway County. She enjoys being outdoors and all aspects of farming. Her family raises Limousin cattle. She also bales lots of hay in the summer months. She is an ABS representative and sells cattle semen. She also sets up many herds and performs artificial insemination for her clients.

Shea has been a part time employee at Quail Valley since 1999. She assists primarily in farm calls helping process cattle, work horses, etc. She has several dogs, all Australian Shepherds, and cats.

Taylor Craig

Taylor was born and raised in Boone County. She spent 10 years of her career as a welder, 5 years of which were spent in Texas on the pipeline and in the oil field. Taylor has always had a passion for animals and decided to switch career paths for something she truly loves and enjoys. Taylor grew up around farm life and to this day has cattle, ponies, horses, dogs, cats, and a donkey.

She is married to James Craig and resides in Ashland. Taylor can be seen around clinic helping in many positions from assisting with animals to answering phones.

Faith Strutton

Faith is a local girl born and raised in Cole County. She is a 2019 graduate of Russellville High School. After high school Faith went straight into the work force and landed at Quail Valley Vet Clinic in April of 2024. She is an animal lover and has 3 dogs of her own, one of which, Lolli, was a surrender/rescue from here at Quail Valley and is now thriving with Faith!

Faith will likely be one of the first faces you see walking through the door, as she runs our front office and loves greeting all the waging tails.

Paige Rehagen

Paige was born and raised in Osage County. She is a 2024 high school graduate and is currently taking online classes to be a registered veterinarian technician. Paige grew up on the family farm working and raising cattle, turkeys and sheep. She started part-time with Quail Valley in August 2024 and quickly moved to full-time by September! Now a resident of Callaway County she has 3 dogs and 2 cats, one of which, Rango, was a stray found here at Quail Valley.

Paige does an array of tasks around the clinic teching primarily on small animals but will be seen occasionally out with the larger animals too.
